This course aims to assist in identifying roles, responsibilities and relationships in teams working remotely. And it develops tools for engaging and valuing remote staff. This course is directed at those who are new to managing remote teams in a relief or emergency setting. Or those who have already been in a management role but would like some theory or new tools to complement their experience.
